1919 Red is produced from a blend Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and the indigenous Gellewza red grape varieties. This full-bodied red wine is smoth on the palate with ripe, velvety tannins, intense complex aromas reminiscent of amerna cherries, prunes and a chocolaty note. Ideal with roast meats, pasta with red sauces and soft cheeses. Best served between 18oC - 20oC.
