Delivery & Shipping
Items ordered are delivered to the specified destinations using the local postal service. Maltapost service is used for shipping products outside Malta.
Only the existent shipping methods are currently available.
Delivery is free of charge to addresses in Malta when you spend more then EUR25.

This depends on the item ordered and the delivery service chosen. As soon as items are completely paid, items are packaged within the next business day and then it usually it takes 5-7 days to arrive in Europe and 14-20 days for deliveries outside Europe. Deliveries to Malta and Gozo are usually performed during office hours within 3 working days from payment.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
An order can only be cancelled if the status of the order is showing as CONFIRMED. If the status has changed to ASSIGNED, it means that the order is being processed and therefore it cannot be cancelled.

You may return most new and unopened items sold by MaltaProducts.com within 15 days of delivery for a full credit note refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error if you have received an incorrect item. Make sure that you contact us immediately after the goods are received.

Payment Methods & Sales Tax
In Malta, where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) has to be charged. The price displayed for each product is exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable rates will be charged in case of deliveries to EU countries. Once the delivery address is specified and the items are placed in the shopping cart, VAT will automatically be calculated by the system.
Payment for items purchased can be done using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use your Visa Card and this will be done through PayPal.
After you place the product in the shopping cart page, you have the possibility to change the order quantity to any number. The quantity must be over the minimum quantity which is displayed by default.
