Mayor Zalza Pronta with Herbs

Description

Transform a pizza base into a traditional, tasty classic. Simply coat a pizza base with Mayor Zalza Pronta, add some mozzarella cheese and a dash of olive oil. Cook in a medium oven for around 20 minutes. Once ready, top up with rough-cut rocket leaves, Parmesan shavings and a dash of chilli peppers to taste… simply delicious!
This ready to use sauce is prepared in season. Sun ripened under the hot Maltese sun, Mayor`s choice tomatoes are patiently handpicked and within hours undergo processing. The pulp and juice of these plum tomatoes are infused with our special blend of rubbed herbs and spices.
