Description

The natural goodness of Maltese sun-ripened tomatoes is concentrated into this thick base sauce. Hand-picked, ripe, red tomatoes are harvested by local farmers during the hot summer season and harvested for processing. The sieved pulp and juice of nine of these chosen tomatoes are left to slow cook in small batches, following traditional recipes and filled in our special enamel-lines cans for guaranteed freshness.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate. This product will keep its perfect taste and flavour for up to 3 weeks.
