Maltese Sweet Dessert Cheese – Malta was ruled by the Knights of the Order of Saint John between 1530 and 1798. There were 28 Grand Masters during this period, and all left their mark on the Maltese Islands. We have created this distinctive dessert cheese as a tribute to this great period in Malta’s history.

Pasteurized MILK from cow and Goat, MILK Solids, Fresh CREAM (Contains MILK), Caramelized WALNUTS (5.3%) contains NUTS), Sugar, Figs (1.6%), Sea Salt, Honey (1%), Rum (0.5%), Glucose Fructose Syrup, Rennet and Enzymes, Flavouring, Calcium Chloride, Lactic Acid, Lactic Culture, Natural Colour: Annatto.
