Stukku tal-Habaq



An old Maltese word deriving from the Sicilian ‘Stucco’ meaning a pate of vegetables and herbs in oil. This Basil Stukku is perfect for dips and spreads and excellent to flavour your roasts and seafood dishes.



STUKKU with BASIL Ingredients: Sunflower Oil (40%), Basil (27%), Cashew NUTS, Hard CHEESE (MILK, Salt,Rennet,Preservative Lysozyme from EGG), WHEY POWDER (contains MILK), Salt, PEKORINO CHEESE (contains MILK), Potato Flakes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sugar, Pine NUTS, Garlic. Contains: NUTS, MILK & EGGS

Preparation: Cook 500g of dried pasta or rice in boiling water + pinch of salt. Dilute contents of this jar with 3 spoonfuls of warm cooking water. Pour over the cooked pasta or rice and stir well.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate & use within 7 days.
