Savina Gozitan Peppered Cheeselets Anitpasto in Olive Oil



These artisan Gozitan farmhouse cheeselets are air dried for several days in ventilated boxes called ‘qannic’ and subsequently processed in spiced wine vinegar and topped with crushed pepper.



Traditional Gozitan CHEESELETS (38%)(contains MILK), Olive Oil, Sundried Tomatoes, Olives (with stone), White Wine Vinegar, Capers, Black Pepper (1%), Sea Salt.
