Mayor Polpa

Description

To produce this can of Mayor Tomato Pulp, eight sun-ripened, Maltese farm-grown tomatoes were selected. Within hours of harvesting, during the hot summer season, we carefully wash, blanch in hot water to facilitate peeling, and then with great care dice the tomatoes while removing most of the seeds. Pure, thick and chunky tomato pulp is then filled in our special enamel-lined cans for absolute freshness.
