Mayor Pelati

Description

Only naturally sun-ripened, firm tomatoes are used for these Pelati. Within hours of harvesting, these chosen tomatoes are carefully washed, blanched in hot water and then delicately peeled. After final inspection, about five of these tomatoes are filled in the special enamel-lined cans together with the juice of another three tomatoes. Very little else is added to keep this product so pure and genuine.
