The Honey Ring is a traditional Maltese sweet made with black treacle, marmalade, orange peel, spices and honey. This Maltese speciality dates back to the 15th Century and may be enjoyed with wine, during coffee/tea time or as a dessert.
All Caffe Cordina Products are still handmade using a secret family recipe.

Ingredients: Marmalade, white sugar, lemon, oranges, orange peel, mixed spices, water, rose water, wheat flour, margerine, black treacle, semolina, cinnamon, dried cloves, aniseed, vanilla essence and golden syrup.
