MonteKristo Chardonnay
This wine is a medium bodied well-balanced wine with the typical character or Chardonnay, smooth in the mouth with the correct acidity. Wine makers each give their own imprint to this type of wine.
This Chardonnay has a powerful green apple flavour with overtones of lemon and lime. The natural carbon dioxide contained makes it a very refreshing wine for hot climates and a perfect blend to complement fish dishes. It is also ideal to accompany delicate cheeses like young Gruyere, Brie and Camembert. When aged, this wine will develop aromas of honey and tangerine. It can be matured but best enjoyed young.
